I'm interested! How does this work?

1-Send us your property information. This includes photos (use a pro!!), a description, and legal disclosures (we provide these forms to you).

2-Sign a listing agreement and submit payment (currently cash, check, or Zelle). Once payment is received, your listing will be "live" online within 1 business day. In addition to our local MLS, you'll find it on the International MLS, Realtor.com, Zillow, Redfin, Homes.com, Homesnap, and thousands of other websites!

3-Get your property ready to show

4-Put a For Sale sign in your yard

5-Schedule showings (we will provide you with an online scheduling service for real estate agents to use)

6-Get an offer!

7-After the transaction is processed, you'll head to the closing table.
